Questions Answered

Mechanical repair timelines depend on what systems were damaged. Minor repairs might take 2-5 days, while major engine or transmission work can take 1-3 weeks. Part availability and the complexity of the damage affect the timeline. We recommend a free diagnostic inspection where we'll identify all damaged systems and provide a detailed estimate with realistic timeframes for your specific repairs.

We primarily use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts to ensure your vehicle operates exactly as designed. When OEM parts aren't available or your insurance coverage limits dictate otherwise, we use high-quality aftermarket parts that meet or exceed manufacturer standards. We'll discuss parts options with you and your insurance company to find the best solution for your repair.

All mechanical repairs are backed by our workmanship warranty for 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first). If any repair fails due to our work, we'll fix it at no charge. We also perform comprehensive post-repair testing on all systems to ensure everything operates safely and reliably before your vehicle leaves our shop
